We are seeking volunteers for the 23rd Dhaka International Film Festival, taking place from January 11 to 19, 2025.

Terms and Conditions

Volunteer Duties: Volunteers must perform all assigned tasks diligently, responsibly, and in accordance with the instructions given by festival organizers. 

Code of Conduct: Volunteers must behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times. This includes treating fellow volunteers, staff, and festival attendees with courtesy and following all festival rules and guidelines.

Attendance and Punctuality: Volunteers are expected to be punctual and present for their assigned shifts. If a volunteer is unable to attend or needs to make schedule adjustments, they must inform the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible.

·         Arrival time at the venue is 9:30 AM.

·         Departure times will vary based on the day-to-day program schedule.

Personal Responsibility: Volunteers are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings. The festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Volunteer Certificate & Remuneration: All volunteers will receive an official Film Festival Volunteer Certificate upon successful completion of their duties. This certificate serves as a recognition of your contribution to the festival.

Volunteers will receive a daily remuneration of 350, with the total payment provided by the end of July following the festival’s conclusion. This is our way of expressing gratitude for your valuable support and dedication.

Volunteers must work a minimum of three (3) days to be eligible for monetary Remuneration.

Volunteers who complete a minimum of five (5) days of service will be eligible to receive an official Film Festival Volunteer Certificate in recognition of their contribution.

Food and Meals: The festival does not provide food, snacks, or beverages to volunteers. Volunteers are responsible for bringing their own meals and refreshments (tiffin) for the duration of their shifts.

Agreement to Terms: By participating as a volunteer, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your volunteer role and forfeiture of any agreed-upon benefits
